This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled across all Swift Labs Pty Ltd ("Swift Labs", "We", "Us") products, including Matrix AI, Flip AI, and Drop Game AI. The right channel for a refund depends on where the purchase was made. This policy should be read together with Our Terms of Service.

1. Web Purchases — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. If You are not satisfied with Your Swift Labs web subscription for any reason, contact Us at contact@swiftlabs.gg within 30 days of Your purchase and We will issue You a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email Us at contact@swiftlabs.gg with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the email address You used at checkout and the date of purchase.
- We will issue Your refund through Paddle to Your original payment method.
You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at buyer.paddle.com or by emailing Paddle's buyer support at help@paddle.com.
How to cancel
You can cancel Your subscription at any time through the cancellation flow on the relevant app's website (for Flip AI: flipai.app), or from inside the app under Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals.
2. App Store (Apple-billed) Purchases
All in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store — including subscriptions purchased inside Matrix AI, Flip AI, or Drop Game AI on iOS — are processed and managed by Apple. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.
To request a refund for an Apple-billed purchase:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
- Find the relevant Swift Labs purchase and select "Request a refund".
- Choose a reason and submit Your request.
To cancel an Apple-billed subscription so it does not renew, open the iOS Settings app, tap Your name, tap Subscriptions, select the Swift Labs subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Free Trials and Promotional Pricing
Some Swift Labs products offer a free trial, an introductory price (for example, a 1-week, 4-week, or 12-week intro plan), or a promotional discount that converts to a standard recurring subscription at the end of the intro period. The conversion price, the recurring billing frequency, and the date of the first recurring charge are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time through the cancellation flow described above. Web purchases remain covered by Our 30-day money-back guarantee.
4. Statutory Rights
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to any non-excludable rights and remedies You may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) and the buyer rights described in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
